ABOUT ME

I’ve worn many hats in my career — from the entertainment industry and high net worth management, to the non-profit sector working on criminal system reform. At the heart of it all, my work has been about people: building trust, unlocking potential, and finding the human connection that drives real change.

My journey started in entertainment, where I learned the art of storytelling, relationship-building, and managing big personalities under big pressure. Later, life took me through personal challenges that reshaped my priorities and deepened my empathy. I found my calling in social justice, first as a chaplain in Los Angeles’ juvenile halls, then as a leader designing reentry programs, influencing policy, and guiding nonprofit organizations toward impact and sustainability.

Over the past 24 years, I’ve built housing programs for young people, created mentorship and workforce initiatives, raised millions for mission-driven work, and helped communities and industries bridge the gap between good intentions and lasting change.

Today, I bring that same energy, insight, and experience to individuals, organizations, and changemakers. My goal is simple: meet you where you are, help you see what’s possible, and walk alongside you as you make it happen.
